WHAT I DO AND HOW I DO IT

Personal training with me is like having a driving instructor with you when you’re learning how to drive. We are in the car together and I am here to help guide you in the direction that you choose to go towards.

My training process starts with listening to your unique situation and creating a plan together. We will dive into three important categories which are Training, Nutrition, and Lifestyle. The training program will be simple and gradual allowing you to improve strength, move better, feel better, and conquer your goals. The nutrition program will be based off scientific principles, as well as, your personal situation and behavioral tendencies. Depending on your lifestyle, we will go into things such as stress and sleeping patterns, as these can affect your body.

Focusing on and optimizing these three categories, developing a plan, and staying consistent will allow us to achieve our goals.
